Suzuki unveiled its luxury sedan model Kizashi at the Delhi Auto Expo 2010. Now American Suzuki Motor Corp (Automotive Marketing and Public Relations) Vice-President Gene Brown stated to press that “"The Kizashi is going to be sold in India. I do not think the launch in India is that far in the future.” He did not reveal more details about the launch as he is not in-charge of the Indian market, he stated.
Kizashi has already entered the American market and has been well-received by the customers. It has already sold 300-400 units in the US. It has displayed the four-trim levels of 2010 model of Kizashi at the Chicago Motor Show that began today and will continue till February 21.
India is one of the biggest markets for the Suzuki where it partners with Maruti and sells small car models like A-Star, Ritz, Zen Estilo, Wagon R, Alto Swift, Dzire and SX4.
